Technical IT Infrastructure & Security Project Manager
For a company active in the pharmaceutical sector with offices in Brussels, I’m searching for a Technical IT infrastructure & Security project manager.
To reinforce their IT department they are actively looking for a technical project manager with a strong knowledge of IT infrastructure & security technologies and projects. In your position, you will play a central role in analyzing, starting and delivering IT projects. As the Microsoft Identity Technical Lead, you are responsible for the definition and execution of the global IAM blueprint or architecture covering both on-premises and cloud solutions from Microsoft.
Your will be part of the IT Security team (12) of the organisation and you will be reporting towards the Head of IT Security. In this positions you will also be guiding and coaching 5 SME's.
The most important factor here is the new strategy Microsoft is enrolling within Azure & Active Directory of combing these 2 in the cloud: Azure Active Directory.
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science (security, engineering, ...)
- Experience driving technical identity solution projects. With about 5 years of similar experience, having pharma experience is a plus.
- Must have: expert knowledge on Azure & Active directory as you will also have to take the technical lead.
- Strong all-round IT Infrastructure & Security knowledge
- Strong communication skills, Negotiation with suppliers, Collection of business requirements, C-level meetings & negotiations
- Transforming IT language to business language
- You can create and maintain a working structure
- Knowledge of timing, budgeting, setting a scope
- Coaching skills and providing high level technical feedback
- Strong knowledge of English & French, Dutch is a plus.
Technical experience:
- Strong knowledge of Windows technologies
- Active directory, Azure, MS server, Office 365
- Excellent understanding of IAM related standards
- Project management skills (planning, budgeting, getting deadlines) & able to deliver on the technical aspects as well.
