- Provide feedback and solve 3rd line support issues
- Coaching of the 1st and 2nd line support teams
- Define and implement improvements
- Verify and approve documentation
- A professional IT degree
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Stress resilient and customer oriented
- Languages: English is a must, Dutch or French is an extra asset
- Medior/Senior level
- You are an expert in the windows environment: Azure (hybrid cloud environment), O365 and PowerShell
- You have knowledge of Citrix Cloud
- You have also knowledge on the networking and security side
