Vacancy Support Specialist
For a customer in the region Mechelen I am looking for a 2nd line Support Engineer with SQL experience.
The company you will be working for offers software packages in the medical world. It will be your role to analyze certain problems / cases with the customers and also give the necessary training on how to use the software.
Internally you will fill a role as 2nd line Support Engineer and give the necessary training to 1st line support how to implement the software.
For this role it is a requirement to have certain experience with Databases and SQL. The customers data is in a Cloud environment. So SQL experience is required to be able to extract data from the databases.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience within Infra
- SQL experience
- Experience with databases (may be junior, which database does not matter)
- Windows environment
- Have experience in providing training/education.
Within the company the language is English. Both internally and to the customers there is written and oral communication in English.
