For an organisation, based on the North-side of Brussels, I’m actively looking for an experience cloud engineer with a minimum of 3years hands on experience with Azure, Azure AD, O365.

The company is global player within its industry and is active in over 50 countries. The headquarter is based in Belgium, here you will work most of your time,  15-20% of your time you will be travelling between different locations.

In your role as senior cloud engineer you will take the lead in the conversion of the IT-landscape of the company to a 100% cloud-based environment. Globally they will be using one platform to work as efficient as possible in building a scalable infrastructure for opening new locations and growth in the near and futher future.

Important is that in your role you are able to build bridges between different departments (IT & non-IT) in order to share & communicate the strategy and projects proceedings in easy & understanding manner, also for non-it stakeholders.

Profile:

• You have a strong understanding of & hands on experience with Cloud technologies;
  • Preferably Microsoft technologies: Azure, Azure AD, Office365;
• Minimum of 3years experience in a role as cloud engineer;
• You are fluent in English (spoken, written) & have a good understanding of Dutch (spoken & written);
• You see yourself as a good communicator, to share strategies within the company and to answer questions of non-IT colleagues;
• Proactiveness is key, the company is globally expanding and wants to keep moving further. You as a member of the company will get the chances to grow with the company;

Technology skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies;
  • Azure;
  • Office365;

  • Powershell;
• You feel the need of a secure environment – understanding of security protocols;
• Experience within cloud platforms other than Microsoft Azure is welcome;
• Previous experience in on-premise environments are a plus.
